"ALONG EMOHUA ROAD: HOODLUM ARRESTED WITH A BLOODY FEMININE PANT IN HIS BAG
The #talk_and_do_Chairman of Degema LGA, Hon Pastor Agiobu Victor-fubara in his sustained efforts to rid the Local Government of all manner of crime and criminality yesterday recorded another significant breakthrough in crime fighting.

This was practically demonstrated when the chairman security agencies mount on different cheking point along Emohua road at Degema axis yesterday arrested a hoodlum on a bike heading to Degema from Buguma through Obakri junction. An Okada rider that carried the hoodlum dropped him at the military checking point mounted by the #talk_and_do_chairman for interrogation when he observe some strange calls that he is making and receiving on their way coming.

The security agencies checked his polythene bag and found a bloody female pant and some bloody clothes in his bag and his words is contradicting.

The chairman on his usual ways of checking the well being of his security agencies mounted on diverse checking point along the road stopped yesterday and met them with the hoodlum and wait to ensure that he was taking to the appropriate quarter for proper investigation and prosecution. In a swift response, the security agencies handcuff him and take him away.

The action of the okada rider is applaudable and I must encourage all Delgans and the entire citizen of Rivers State to be very sensitive and always support the security agencies. I appreciate the the CTC Chairman of Degema LGA, Honourable Pastor Agiobu Victor-fubara for placing the security agencies on different point along the road for the safety of his people."
