VIDEONEWS: Man Goes Unclad to Stop His Vehicle From Being Towed. (Viewers discretion advised)

Unbelievable, this happened in Lagos. A man went unclad apparently in a string bid to avoid his car from being towed by traffic authorities. If you ask me why he went this bizarre, I would comfortably attribute this to the fact that the economy in the country is not looking good and yet some traffic guys want to add to his perennial problems. He must be thinking about how difficult it would be for him to be able to raise money to pay government fines and levies usually required when ones car is towed or impounded.
